Privacy policy

Titan is made by Foxary SRL, Rue Martin Pfeiffer 7, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Belgium · VAT BE 1032.783.843 · contact@foxary.com. Foxary is the controller for the data described on this page.

• Account: the identifier and email address from the sign-in you use, such as Sign in with Apple, which can be a private relay address.
• Training: workouts, exercises, sets, rest times and your rotation.
• Food and body: meals, calories, macros, targets and body weight.
• Subscription: its status and the transaction references from the App Store or Google Play. Your payment details stay with Apple or Google.
• AI connections: which assistant you connected, its access tokens and a record of what it changed.
• Technical: the minimal logs needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address, time and request.
• Waitlist: on this website, the email address and phone type (iPhone or Android) you enter to hear when Titan launches, with the language of the page and the time you signed up.

Meals, body weight and training can say something about your health. Titan uses them only to provide the app to you, based on the explicit consent you give when you create your account. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting the data or your account.

Connecting ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant is your choice. You approve access on a Titan page, and the assistant can then read and change your Titan data (meals, body weight, workouts and sets), but not your account or payments. You can disconnect it at any time.

What you write in the chat, and what the assistant reads from Titan, is processed by that provider under your own account and its privacy policy, for example OpenAI’s or Anthropic’s.

• Running Titan and syncing your data between devices: the contract with you.
• Food, body weight and training data: your explicit consent.
• Subscriptions, invoicing and accounting: the contract and legal obligations.
• Security and preventing abuse: legitimate interest.
• The waitlist: your consent, to email you when Titan launches.
• Website statistics and marketing: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Titan does not sell your data and does not use it to train AI models.

Titan runs on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany), behind Cloudflare for network security. This website and its waitlist are hosted by Vercel; the waitlist is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). When you join it, Vercel BotID checks that the request comes from a real browser, using technical signals from your browser, to keep bots off the list. Sign-in and payments go through Apple, and through Google on Android. Each provider only receives what its task needs.

When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Foxary relies on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Your data stays as long as your account exists, and you can export it at any time. If your subscription ends, you can still view, export or delete it. When you delete your account, Titan erases your data within 30 days, and from backups within the following 30 days.

The waitlist is deleted within three months after Titan launches; you can leave it sooner by writing to contact@foxary.com. Technical logs are kept for at most 30 days, billing records for the period the law requires, and website statistics for at most 26 months.

This website works without cookies. Statistics and marketing tools only load if you allow them in the privacy choices, and your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of every page.

With your statistics permission, Foxary’s self-hosted Umami measures page views, referral sites, campaign labels, device and browser information, approximate country, waitlist clicks and successful signup confirmations, and AI setup-link clicks. It does not receive your email address, account identifier, meals, weight or workouts. URL fragments and unrecognised query parameters are removed. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; no advertising pixel or session replay is enabled.

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction, a portable copy (the app can also export it), or object to a processing, depending on its legal basis. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what happened before.

Write to contact@foxary.com. Foxary normally answers within one month. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.

Titan is not intended for anyone under 16.

Access to data is limited to what each task needs, connections are encrypted, and assistant access can be revoked. No system is perfectly secure. If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, the app will tell you before the change applies. Questions: contact@foxary.com.
