Delete your Titan account

Titan is the workout and nutrition app by Foxary SRL. You can delete your account at any time: in the app, or by email if you can’t open it.

Fastest

In the app

  1. Open Titan and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Titan asks you to sign in again to check it’s you, then deletes your account.

Without the app

By email

  1. Write to contact@foxary.com from the email address of your Titan account.
  2. Ask for your Titan account to be deleted. You don’t need to give a reason.
  3. Foxary deletes it and tells you when it’s done, normally within one month. You may first be asked to confirm the account is yours.

Signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email? Your account then has a private relay address from Apple, shown in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple. Write from that address if you can, or include it in your email with enough detail for us to find your account.

    What is deleted

    Everything in your Titan account:

    • Account: the identifier and email address from your sign-in, such as Sign in with Apple, and your signed-in devices.
    • Training: workouts, exercises, sets, rest times and your rotation.
    • Food and body: meals, calories, macros, targets and body weight.
    • AI connections: which assistants you connected, their access tokens and the record of what they changed.

    Titan erases your data within 30 days, and from its backups within the following 30 days. Deleting your account can’t be undone.

    What is kept, and for how long

    • Technical logs, such as IP address, time and request: kept for at most 30 days.
    • Billing records: your subscription’s transaction references from the App Store or Google Play, kept for the period the law requires. Your payment details stay with Apple or Google.
    • A deletion record: a random account number and the date of deletion, so that restoring a backup can’t bring your account back. It holds nothing else about you.

    The waitlist on this website is separate. It is deleted within three months after Titan launches, or sooner if you write to contact@foxary.com.

    Your AI assistants

    Assistants you connected, such as ChatGPT or Claude, lose access to Titan when your account is deleted. You can also remove Titan from your ChatGPT or Claude settings.

    What you wrote in those chats, and what your assistant read from Titan, stays with that provider under its own privacy policy. Titan can’t delete it.

  4. 04

    Before you delete

    • Cancel your subscription too: deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
    • Uninstalling isn’t deleting: removing the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account.
