Setup guide · Claude, ChatGPT and more

Connect your AI.
Then just talk.

Add Titan to Claude or ChatGPT once. After that, say what you ate or how training went, and it lands in Titan.

Setup

Four steps, then just talk.

You connect once. After that, your AI keeps the connection.

  1. Add Titan in Claude

Works on every Claude plan. Free allows one custom connector. On Team or Enterprise, an owner adds Titan first, then you connect it.

    1. Open Customize → Connectors, choose + then Add custom connector.
    2. Name it Titan, paste your link and choose Add.
    3. Choose Connect next to Titan.
    Open Claude connectors

If that page moves, look for Customize → Connectors in Claude.

    Add Titan in ChatGPT

Needs Developer mode. It isn’t on every plan, and in a Business or Enterprise workspace an admin has to allow it. Titan isn’t a one-click install in ChatGPT yet.

    1. Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT’s settings, under Apps → Advanced settings or Security and login.
    2. Open Plugins (Apps on some plans), choose + and add a new connection.
    3. Name it Titan, paste your link, pick OAuth and create it.
    Open ChatGPT

    Add Titan in your AI

Needs a remote MCP server with OAuth sign-in. If your assistant only runs local servers or uses fixed API keys, it can’t connect directly.

    1. Add your Titan link as a remote HTTP MCP server.
    2. Choose OAuth for sign-in.
    3. Connect, and let the assistant keep its own connection. Never paste tokens into a chat.

Some assistants need extra setup: look for “remote MCP server” in their docs.

  2. Sign in and allow

Your AI opens Titan’s sign-in. Use Sign in with Apple with the same account as your phone, then choose Allow access.

Nothing is shared until you allow it.

  3. Switch Titan on in your chat

In a chat, choose + → Connectors and switch Titan on.

In a new chat, choose + and pick Titan from the tools.

Make sure Titan’s tools are switched on in your chat.

If your AI says it can’t see Titan, check this first.

  4. Send your first message

Paste it in the chat where Titan is switched on. It tells your AI what Titan is and what it can do, then your AI asks you a few questions. Nothing changes until you say yes.

    Titan connected

Hi! I just connected you to Titan, the app where I track my training, food and body weight. Titan’s tools let you read and update that data for me. With Titan you can: • Log my meals from a description or a photo, with calories and macros, and tell me where my day stands. • Build and adjust my workouts, log sessions I describe, and look back at my progress. • Log my weigh-ins and follow my weight trend. • Set my calorie, protein and weight targets. Before anything else, get to know me. Ask me a few short questions, one at a time: my goal, my training experience, how many days a week I can train and with what equipment, how I like to eat and anything I avoid, and any injuries or limits. Then suggest a plan in plain words. Only save workouts or targets in Titan after I say yes, and tell me what you changed. Check Titan before you answer questions about my data, and don’t guess numbers. Keep your answers short. You’re not a doctor: for pain or health questions, tell me to see a professional. If you can’t see Titan’s tools in this chat, tell me how to switch Titan on here.

Example replyGreat, I can see Titan. Let’s start with your goal: what do you want most right now? Build muscle, lose fat, get stronger, or something else?
  1. Then just talk

Say it like a text. It lands in Titan.

Illustrative example. Same in ChatGPT and Claude.

Help

If something’s off

Titan isn’t in my chat.

Switch it on for that chat. In Claude: + → Connectors → Titan. In ChatGPT: + in a new chat, then pick Titan.

My AI says it can’t reach Titan.

Open your AI’s connector settings, disconnect Titan and connect it again. Sign in with the same Apple account as the Titan app.

Sign-in failed or the link expired.

Start again from your AI’s connector settings. A sign-in link only works once.

What I logged isn’t in Titan yet.

Ask your AI to read the entry back with its date, then pull down on Home in Titan to refresh. Don’t log it twice just because it hasn’t appeared yet.

How do I disconnect?

In Titan, open Settings → Connect your AI → Disconnect. Or remove Titan in your AI’s connector settings. Removing a ChatGPT plugin alone may leave its account connection active, so disconnect that too.

What can my AI see?

Only your own Titan account, with the permissions you approve: meals, workouts, routines and weigh-ins. Not your Apple account or payments.

You stay in control.

  • Only what you allow

Your AI gets your own Titan account, with the access you approve on the consent screen.

  • Disconnect anytime

From Titan’s Settings on your phone, or from your AI’s connector settings.

  • No keys to paste

Sign-in happens in your browser. Your AI keeps its own connection.

You’re set. Now try it.
