Titan is a workout and nutrition tracking app for iPhone and Android. You log training, meals and body weight, and you can connect your own AI assistant to do it for you. Features can change as Titan improves.

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in secure: you are responsible for what happens in your account. An account is for one person.

Titan needs a subscription, monthly or annual, with a free trial for eligible new subscribers. You buy and manage it through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account before the renewal date.

Prices include VAT and can change; you will be told before a new price applies to you. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies and your legal rights.

Connecting an assistant is optional. It uses your own account with that provider, under its terms and at its price. The assistant acts on what you ask, so check what it saves. AI can be wrong: decisions based on its suggestions remain yours, and you can edit or delete anything it changed. You can disconnect it at any time.

Titan is not a medical service. Calorie counts, targets and training suggestions, including those from an AI, are estimates, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program or diet, especially if you have a medical condition or an injury, or are pregnant. Train within your limits.

Your data stays yours. You allow Foxary to store and process it only to run Titan for you, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Do not misuse Titan: no attempts to reach other people’s data, to attack or overload the service, or to copy the app beyond what the law allows. Foxary may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms, after warning you when possible.

The Titan app, name, logo, design and content belong to Foxary. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI and Claude is a trademark of Anthropic; Titan is not affiliated with them.

Foxary works to keep Titan available and your data safe, but cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. App stores and AI providers are outside Foxary’s control.

Foxary is liable within the limits of Belgian law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or any liability the law does not allow to be limited.

Foxary may update these terms. For important changes, the app will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before they apply if you disagree. You can stop using Titan and delete your account at any time.

Belgian law applies, without removing the protection that mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you. Questions or complaints: contact@foxary.com.
